When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. That is exactly what Samantha & Chad did for their COVID-19 Wedding in their backyard. This wasn’t their plan, but things had to change with the ever-changing situations in our nation and world at the time. Through all the craziness of switching plans and moving things around, this couple stayed super positive and genuinely joyful! Surrounded by their close friends & family the two said “I do” in the backyard of Samantha’s parents in Etowah, NC.
I wasn’t going to let this special time get affected even more, so I did my very best to capture moments in a way that is timeless, bright, and told their story. You have to go with the flow in situations like these, and I am so thankful this sweet couple was nothing but a joy to work with.
Samantha & Chad, I just wanted to personally say how honored I was to be able to be there to capture these precious moments for your wedding. You guys never complained about things changing and that shows your true selfless nature. All that mattered to you both were each other and marrying your best friend. I wish you two so many years of happiness! Once this virus situation is over we can all celebrate! Love you both and can’t wait to see what life has in store in the years to come!
