Love is an adventure that will take your places. Hannah and Lane know this adventure so well. Planning a wedding during a worldwide pandemic isn’t easy, but these two remained calm and weren’t going to let anything get in the way of their special day!
From the floral arch and rose petals that lined the isle Hannah would walk down to marry her prince charming, to the laughter and tears that were shed during heartwarming speeches by the father of the bride, father of the groom, and the bride’s sister, this elegant southern wedding was simply stunning from start to finish!
Most times I leave a wedding with one story from that day that is forever stuck in my mind. For this sweet wedding it was the moment I learned Hannah’s grandfather was a wedding photographer for years, but is now in Heaven. When she was looking for a wedding photographer she knew she wanted someone who would do the job and produce images she and Lane would cherish forever! I was so touched knowing I had large shoes to fill and how important these photos were to her and all the family. I know Hannah’s grandfather was looking down as these two said “I Do” to a life full of love, laughs, and precious memories made.
After the elegant church wedding at South Asheville Baptist Church, we made our way to the beautiful Taylor ranch for an evening of fun, laughs, and love!
Hannah and Lane, I just wanted to say it was a pleasure and joy to get to serve you both and be by your side on one of the most momentous days in your life as a couple. Your sweet smiles throughout the day and warm hugs as I packed up and left out were so special and I felt like part of your family celebrating with you rather than just a vendor there to do a job. I wish you both so many years of happiness and love. I can’t wait to see what life has in store for you both!
